Growing up I became fascinated with nature, how it moved, changed, and what was living within it. The camera became a tool to capture these moments and freeze them in time. I found it interesting that not one image is the same, each image captured told its own story. Through the lens I’ve grown to learn and see what really makes this earth breathe, move, and function as one. From the most mysterious eight legged creatures changing colors as they dance along the reef, to some of the most powerful apex predators feasting on a buffet of salmon to prepare for hibernation is just a small piece of wildlife that surround us all. My goal as a photographer is to bring a connection between wildlife through an image, narrate a story through the lens to appreciate the wildlife and the beautiful environment we all coexist in. Through my photography, I hope everyone see’s the story I capture and can connect through my images.
“The whole point of taking pictures is so that you don’t have to explain things with words”
